The aim was to develop a mobile-friendly web app accessible across all devices, eliminating download barriers and offering key features within the existing MedTech Innovation Assembly branding.
We knew a traditional landing page wouldn’t suffice; we needed to create an interactive experience that extended beyond the physical event, fostering connection and engagement at every touchpoint.
We didn’t just list speakers and sessions, we brought them to life. The web app’s user-friendly interface and engaging graphics made navigating the event a breeze, keeping attendees informed and inspired. The app housed floor plans, live speaker updates, session details, and locations, creating a one-stop shop for all event needs.
The app became an indispensable tool for attendees as they were able to tailor their experience.
The app allowed them to set interests, create personalised schedules, and receive relevant notifications.
By enabling connections between speakers before the event, the app directly addressed a key objective: fostering collaboration across regions. This pre-event networking feature resulted in a significant increase in collaboration pre- and post-event among attendees.
To enhance the user experience, the app included a personalisation feature. Users could not only favourite the panels that they wanted to attend, but also craft their entire schedule, integrating non-event meetings around those sessions. This ensured attendees wouldn’t miss key presentations while optimising their time.
