PRODUCTION PARK

THE OPEN HOUSE TOUR

Production Park is a community of studios, businesses and educational facilities based in South Yorkshire.

We were tasked with setting up a two-day Open House starting with a tour of their sprawling facilities and ending with a demo of the brand-new, purpose built, immersive technology suite.

Corporate Events

Production Park came to us as they knew that our corporate network would be invaluable to them. The aim of the Open House was to bring high level corporates onsite to give them a taste of the mind-blowing design, fabrication and technology being developed in-house.

The immersive technology suite, situated in the newly formed research lab, really is the jewel in the Production Park crown and with intentions of selling the tech into various different corporate markets, and we needed to have corporate leaders experience it for themselves.

Creating a Buzz

We used our extensive network within the corporate world to assemble an acutely relevant list of delegates both within the niche sectors the customer was targeting as well as trade and business press.

The full process was dealt with by Halston Marketing, from initial outreach to full-delegate correspondence, right down to the design and bespoke print of personalised invitations sent in the post.

When you’re inviting business leaders of this calibre, you need a company who will go above and beyond the norm to ensure you get those all important RSVPs.

Execution

The hand-picked attendees were given guided tours of the facilities where members of staff were on hand at every stop to offer their knowledge and insight into the company.

The two day event ran like clockwork as tours over lapped one-another and we ensured our client quality face time with each delegate group.

The result was a resounding success. The Open House enabled our client to create important and lucrative relationships with companies they would not have otherwise met.
