Human-first Tech Marketing Tips from Razor
Next up in our collaborative content series is Razor, a Sheffield-based, Azure-specialist, digital transformation giant.
Razor turns innovation on its head, going to the heart of organisations to unlock hidden potential and opportunities for growth. They mine the data, write the technical strategies and build the tools to make their clients superhuman. Whether it’s business-wide system integration, a data-driven dashboard fuelled by machine learning models, or an AI-powered chatbot – Razor can help.
Trying hard not to distract him from his ever-watchful eye over the bleeding-edge of tech, we took up fifteen minutes of Razor CEO, Jamie Hinton’s time to discuss what marketing strategies they’ve employed that have catapulted them through the year that must not be named and what’s going to see their continued propulsion throughout the year to come.
What have you been up to?
We’ve recently been having a lot of fun sharing content and marketing our Data Sprint at Razor, our bolt-on design team Lyon & Lyon have made the most incredible video as well as the assets and the design behind the campaign which has been built by our intuitive in-house design crew.
The ethos at Razor is always, and will always be, humans-first. Our driving force is to take tech, and to use it in every meaningful way, including AI and Machine Learning, to make humans, superhuman.
In that light, we also have our fingers on the pulse in that our marketing also has to mean something to our audiences, but on top of that, it needs to make people feel something.
And what’s going to really make you guys stand out from the crowd in 2021?
We ultimately wish for people to take action and do things differently. In many cases – doing things differently in ways that people didn’t even know could happen – using cutting edge, razor-sharp technologies that we can help them identify.
If it’s not obvious already, we take our comms and marketing seriously, and our secret weapon would be our Razor team who get behind all of our campaigns with passion and commitment!
